I've had this app for years & have used it a few times. Now it will create the file but says 'Please set up mail account'.

It doesn't say how or where to setup said email account, only that one needs to be setup. Nothing has changed on my end, I am still using Gmail app (as I have since getting THIS app). I reloaded Apple mail & set it up thinking that was the problem, this app still says to setup mail. I checked the developers website forum for answers to my problem & found a LOT of folks are having this problem (and other problems/questions) but I didn't find ANY answers from the developer. To quote a famous tv personality, 'sad'. I had previously given this app 5 stars, would now give it zero stars if I could.

For some reason, my contact list on iMac displayed all vCards/contacts (over 1000) but each card was empty. Google search and found it app. So i downloaded app, backed up and emailed to myself and then imported and replaced with backup. No good, but at least had backup as all my other devices were ok! Then imported again and also went to preferences settings to delete my gmail account contacts. Not sure what happened but now iMac contacts set up properly - thank you! Dtsm888 Saved me!
